I was the biggest sinner on earth
And cursed the day of my birth!
Yet you came and set me free,
By destroying sin on Calvary!
I nail my flesh to the cross on which you died,
And live in the Spirit as in you I abide.
I have no more desire for this sinful world,
And greed for nothing except your Word!
As you wash me now with your holy blood,
Streams of love fill my heart like a flood!
